Cathy has been a dedicated professional in the financial services industry since 2012. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant working alongside our retired partner, Cathy Orwan, and has been with Willowbranch since its inception.
As our Director of Client Services, Cathy is the cornerstone of client relations, managing client communications, scheduling meetings, assisting with client transactions, updating beneficiaries, and more. You’ll also often find her at the front desk, warmly welcoming clients and guests.
Cathy holds an Associate Degree in Micro Computer Information Systems from Harrisburg Area Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Albright College.
Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Cathy currently resides in the Borough of Mechanicsburg with her husband, Jon. She is the proud mother of three children: Caitlin, Rebecca, and Bryan. In June 2023, Cathy became a grandmother (GiGi) to her granddaughter, Adelaide "Addie" Jeanne.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys traveling, reading, camping, and spending quality time with her family. Every year, she and her family attend the Centre County Grange Fair as avid campers. They also cherish time at their vacation home near Chincoteague, VA.
Cathy has a long history of community service, having served as the President of Faith United Church of Christ in New Cumberland, President of the Mechanicsburg Area Senior High (MASH) Band Boosters, Treasurer of the MASH Cheerleading Boosters, and is currently a Notary Public.
