Heather started her career in the financial industry in 2012 when she became the Division Administrator at Waddell & Reed. She has over twenty years of experience in office administration and is a previous small business owner. She started working directly for our Partners, Brad Paul and Ryan Canfield in 2016 and has been with the Willowbranch team since our inception.
As our Director of Operations, Heather oversees office processes and works to help us be as efficient as possible. Her office management work includes process improvement, accounts payable, expense reports, compliance, and more. She also helps manage our events, social media, and processes client transactions.
Heather and her husband Bobby live in Camp Hill and just recently became empty nesters. Their daughters Catherine and Abby are working and living their own lives after graduating. They have a super cute bichon dog named Cookie. Heather has a love for Christmas and other holidays. She even decorates over 12 Christmas trees in her home every year!
Heather has over 15 years of volunteering in the community. She was an executive board member of the PTO/Band Boosters as President and VP, and member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion. Heather also founded a small art group that gives instruction and demonstrates classes at the library throughout the year. When she's not volunteering, she enjoys kayaking, biking and camping with her family and friends.
