Karen joined the Willowbranch team in 2022. She has over 25 years’ experience in office support and management. She has worked in many different business categories and has a well-rounded set of skills.
Karen supports the team by overseeing office processes and works to help us be as efficient as possible. Her office management work includes process improvement, compliance, and more. She also helps manage our events, social media, and processes client transactions.
Karen grew up in Lancaster and now lives in New Cumberland with her husband Dave. She enjoys baking, card making, camping, spending time with family, and watching way too much of The Big Bang Theory.
She has been a volunteer with Scouting America for over 20 years as a Secretary (and several other positions) of Troop 196 in Mechanicsburg and Founding Member of Venturing Crew 299 in New Cumberland.
